Antique Arched Steel Factory Transom Windows
Antique Arched Steel Factory Transom Windows
Rare antique steel factory transom windows featuring a graceful half-round profile and classic diamond muntin pattern. Originally installed above large industrial windows or entryways, these architectural pieces softened the rigid lines of factory buildings while bringing additional daylight deep into the workspace.
Constructed from riveted steel with substantial rolled frames, each window displays decades of honest wear, weathered paint, and rich surface patina that simply can't be replicated. Approximately 80% of the original glass remains intact. Missing panes can easily be reglazed, or the windows can be displayed exactly as found for a more authentic industrial aesthetic.
Their sculptural form makes them equally at home in contemporary interiors, lofts, restaurants, wineries, retail spaces, or gardens. Lean one against a wall, suspend it as architectural art, incorporate it into a custom partition, or restore it for use in a renovation project.
Windows vary slightly in size and are priced individually.

Why We Like Them
Finding antique steel factory windows is becoming increasingly difficult. Finding them with this elegant half-round profile is rarer still. They have the quiet character of early industrial architecture while functioning equally well as decorative wall art or as part of a creative architectural installation.
