Antique wrought Iron Campaign/Day bed with cast iron detailing and twisted feet on iron casters. Mid 19th Century France. Cast iron Cartouche on both sides. Beautifully patinated with oxidized metal and original blue paint. Some stress lines on legs and a section of scrolling is missing on one side, but overall, good condition and consistent with age and use. Folds flat during the off season. Imagine summer afternoon naps on a screened in or covered porch in a city garden or at a cottage.
